Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the year 2018 will be held at the Pei Chun Alumni Association premises at 3.00 pm on Saturday, 29 December 2018. The agenda is as follows:

2. Annual Report

3. Confirmation of minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting

4. Financial Report

5. Election of new Executive Committee Members for the term 2019-2020

6. Any other matters

The AGM will end by 5.00pm.
